Thursday, December 24, at 5pm | Please let us know what kind of a space you and your reservation party need so that we can be prepared. Thanks!
For our outdoor Christmas Eve service on Thursday, December 24, at 5pm, we are planning to set up spaces for households ahead of time. We will set up spaces early in the week so that you can come and decorate your spot if you would like. We are excited about being able to see each other, even if it is from a distance!

Please plan to bring your Bibles, your own masks, hand sanitizer, chairs, and blankets or coats, and possibly gloves if it is going to be cold. We will have masks and hand sanitizer available if you need them. You may also request (below) space if you would like to bring a table or anything special.

There will be a hand sanitizing station provided by the church outside near the worship area for your use.

The outside access bathrooms (near the fellowship hall) will be open for use. They will be cleaned after the preschool closes, and again before the preschool opens.

All volunteers who help set up will wear a mask while setting up.

All who attend the service are requested to wear a mask at all practical times. We ask that you are especially careful to wear a mask when talking to someone outside of your reservation party, when walking to or from your reserved space, and when singing. We are happy to provide a mask for you if needed.

Cases of coronavirus are present in Leon County. There is risk in attending any gathering. JWUMC is taking steps to mitigate that risk, but we know it still exists and we cannot possibly eliminate the risk completely.
